Ronnie studied Construction Management at Central New Mexico Community College before entering the field of construction safety in 2003.  His first job was with Jensen Pre-Cast, Inc. where he worked as the company safety coordinator, with duties including overall safety observations for the 100-employee pre-cast plant, daily safety audits, employee training, and quality control.  After moving to Denver in 2006, Ronnie joined Concrete Frame Associates (CFA), working as a formwork carpenter before transferring to our safety department in 2013.  A certified Construction Safety and Health Technician (CHST), he has completed more than 20 training programs and certifications on construction industry health and safety, especially related to the proper use of equipment and the occupational safety of employees.  As CFA’s Director of Safety, Ronnie directs and manages all company safety, health, and environmental issues.
