Crystal joined Concrete Frame Associates in 2001 as a receptionist, then served as our personnel and safety training coordinator for nine years before becoming Office Manager in 2014.  She provides overall management of CFA’s administrative department including accounting, human resources, and OCIP enrollments.  Crystal is bilingual and serves as a resource in communicating with our Spanish-speaking employees.
