Office Manager

Crystal joined Concrete Frame Associates in 2001 as a receptionist, then served as our personnel and safety training coordinator for nine years before becoming Office Manager in 2014.  She provides overall management of CFA’s administrative department including accounting, worker’s compensation claims, human resources, pre-qualification submittals, and OCIP enrollments.  Crystal is bilingual and serves as a resource in communicating with our Spanish-speaking employees.

Crystal has played a role in the execution of all CFA projects for the last eighteen years.
