Nikol joined the CFA team in 2015 as a Project Engineer after graduating with her degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.  She obtained her Professional Engineer license in Colorado in 2021.  Later that same year, Nikol stepped into her current position as Director of Engineering.  In this role, she coordinates workflow of the engineering staff, recruits and mentors new talent, oversees formwork calculations and drawings, drives innovation in Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques, and aids in value engineering to ensure the most profitable and efficient designs for clients.
