Maribel started in the construction industry in 2020 as a receptionist and moved her way up in finance.  She then was given the opportunity to join Concrete Frame Associates in 2025 for her role of Payroll and HR Specialist. Her main objective in this role as a bilingual representative and HR role, is to assist CFA employees with any concerns and needs.  She handles all of the Payroll duties including timekeeping verification, wage calculation, tax compliance and withholdings, benefits and deductions administration, accounting, reporting and support, and new hire and termination processing.  Among her additional responsibilities include attention to detail and accuracy, processes conforming to company policies, discrepancy resolution, system optimization and cost efficiency and contributing to employee's satisfaction.
